Horrible company to work for, only thing what they care are the numbers…
No respect to the drivers at all, always tired overworked after 12 or 14 hours shift’s and people who managed the routes always unhappy why are drivers so late :/ No break time, no respect and always thinking how to change tired driver … Do not recommend !!!

From the delivery to installing in my flat was good. The actual product was excellent. One of the best 2 seater recliners I've purchased. Very happy

Delivery was horrific. 1 man and asked us for help getting it off his lorry. I am pregnant, so I couldn't help. The box was damaged, and the pallet board was falling apart. The man eventually got it off the lorry and left it at the end in the middle of our driveway. We only paid for doorstep delivery, but it was delivered nowhere near the door. We didn't want the man to move it any further on his own as he wasn't very careful with it. The sofa was left on the pallet board, which was too big for us to fit in our car, so my husband had to use a saw to cut it up and take it to the dump. The sofa, however, was not damaged but is very upright so we are not sure it's that comfy.

Customer service is very poor sent a few messages and didn't get a response you have to pay to send items back if you don't like them which is not really great they let you sort that out on your own if I'm honest I wouldn't recommend.

Great Web site, easy to use, great product, helpful delivery driver. Arrived safely on time. I will be buying more from this company

Sending 1 guyout to deliver a sofa on his own and wanted a 85 year old woman and a 83 year old man help put in the house canceled the order and you try and get the money back off them should be ashamed of yourself untrustworthy

i HAVENT RECIEVED WHAT I ORDERED OVER TWO WEEKS AFTER. Three failed delivery attempts, after the last time the driver was downstairs, I went down, he was nowhere to be seen on top of not answering my calls or texts. That was over a week, no one has called me.

I don't often do reviews unless the product is outstanding or appalling and Leader Furniture certainly warrants this review. I have just purchased the Henley Double (4'6'') Upholstered Ottoman Bed and I am amazed at the quality. It was very easy to assemble the upholstered frame headboard and footboard went together so quickly all the bed slats were already securely assembled in the bed base and came as one unit the instructions were clear the gas lift part was a bit tricky but we did it. For £189 incl delivery what a brilliant bed. Thank you

The sofa was perfect. Delivery driver called me half hour before arrival and even helped take to sofa down to get it in the house. Couldn’t fault at all

We ordered the same piece of furniture from a different supplier and on two occasions it was damaged so we had to return it. Ordered from Leader and it was delivered on time in good condition and considerably cheaper!!

Communication is second to none, very fast delivery. Only had sofa couple of weeks but ok for the money. I personally would do business with them again.
